Bell Associates were commissioned to produce a range of options to rejuvenate this ailing shopping centre: several options were presented to the client, following which we were asked to prepare a full planning application for an ambitious scheme to entirely refurbish, remodel and enclose the shopping centre.

Following close negotiation and liaison with the local authority, we were able to subsequently deliver a planning approval.
