Bell Associates were appointed via a limited competition to design and project manage the building of a new clubhouse facility for Beckenham Rugby Football Club.  The design provided social and changing facilities for the club.

Part funded by Sports England, the clubhouse has been a huge success enabling BRFC to integrate with the local community by providing opportunities for local voluntary groups to use the premises.

Project Value:  £1.5 million
