Bell Associates were appointed to design an extension to an existing, locally Listed Art Deco villa to create a medical group practice within Bromley PCT.  The project proved complex and involved detailed negotiations with the local authority to accept a contemporary, yet sympathetic, extension to an existing building.

The project provides medical and community facilities within a modern environment.
