Bell Associates were appointed to design a new façade treatment for the existing and new car park at Festival Place, Basingstoke.  Works comprised an innovative kinetic façade, refurbishment and enhancement to the car park including customer journey, vertical circulation cores, changes to circulation and recoating of the decks.

Planning permission has been granted.
