Bell Associates were asked to prepare a scheme for the redevelopment of a site which included the retention and conversion of a Locally Listed former Victorian Post Office together with plans to create a Mews style development at the rear.
Despite planning restrictions, following extensive liaison with the planning authority, we were successful in gaining full planning approval for four residential units.
