Kings Mall in Hammersmith was acquired by a new owner in 2011 who subsequently commissioned Bell Associates as architects and contract administrators for the regeneration and remodelling of the mall.

As part of the overall strategy of internal and external remodelling and improvements, Bell Associates have overseen a total refurbishment of the mall concourses, creation of a new frontal unit for a major tenant, ongoing shopfront redevelopment and the commencement of external works to deliver our regeneration scheme and deployment of the centre's new branding to its main entrances.

Project Value:  £300,000 - £2.0 million
