Bell Associates were appointed by LaSalle Investment Management to create a new external restaurant quarter at High Chelmer Shopping Centre.

The scheme remodels existing buildings, introduces a vibrant and interesting façade, new centre entrance and a landscaped public realm area. Five new restaurants with external seating occupy the attractive space.
