Bell Associates were appointed to prepare and submit a Pre-Application and full Planning submission for the Change of Use and conversion of an existing commercial Grade II* Listed Building into residential use for either student or hotel accommodation.

 

The application required preparation of proposals for a two storey extension and creation of a new façade to the rear courtyard building, infill of a mezzanine level car park together with internal alterations and listed building approval.
