Bell Associates were asked to undertake a feasibility scheme and planning submission to provide an attractive and striking new entrance to the Regent Arcade shopping centre with associated works to remodel, enhance and pedestrianise Ormond Place to improve customer flow from Regent Street.

The proposal included moving the entrance line forward to align with the existing building structure whilst creating a double height glazed welcome area.  The scheme’s intention was to deliver a contemporary yet historically relevant design which aimed to provide a sense of culture to the shopping experience.

Project Status: Permission achieved
