We have overseen numerous architectural and project management roles for the alterations and development of shell units for new retail tenants within the Royal Priors Shopping Centre in Leamington Spa. These have included a change of use application to enable a respected restaurant tenant to occupy a former retail unit in Satchwell Court.
In addition, Bell Associates have also undertaken schemes for the staff areas within the centre.
