Local hotel operator, Dwell Here Ltd, needed to extend their existing hotel.  Bell Associates obtained planning permission for an additional two storey bedroom block and a single storey residents’ lounge.

The original hotel comprised two linked Victorian villas and the new development provided a contemporary contrast.  Bell Associates managed the contract to completion.  Subsequently planning permission was obtained for a penthouse roof extension and remodelling of the external façade.
